We are currently seeking support workers to join our team throughout the Greater Sydney region. The role will involve working with a variety of participants under the NDIS both within their homes and the community. You will be required to assist participant’s in reaching their goals in line with their NDIS plans.

A day in the job can vary and be comprised of several consecutive shorter community based shifts, where you would travel from one participant to the next. Or you may work in a home setting for 6-8 hours. We provide support around the clock and have work available on weekdays, weekends, and for inactive and active overnight shifts.

The types of support we provide include but are not limited to:

- Personal care
- Community assistance
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Mental Health
- Medication assistance
- Supported Independent Living
- Sleepovers
- Respite support

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.95 - $38.95 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bathurst NSW 2795: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
