We are looking for experienced and energised early childhood educators, with a specific passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.

We are deeply committed to providing a happy, respectful, and fun environment for children, families, and staff. We take pride in ensuring that staff are looked after with weekly treats, coffee station and a supportive management team. You also have the opportunity to work part time.

We are wanting educators who have knowledge and experience in:

- Inclusion support practices for children with additional needs.
- Skills in implementing effective pedagogical approach to children’s learning.
- Experience in designing and implement an effective engaging learning program based off children learning, interest, goals and development.
- Has an inclusive approach.
- Works collaboratively and respectful with all colleagues to ensure we have a calm, happy and learning environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term

**Salary**: From $48,675.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
