The BSO - Client Relationships is responsible for furthering relationships with clients and primary vet clinics, through ensuring exceptional client experiences and maintaining high client and referring primary vet satisfaction. This role is part time but offering around 40 hours per fortnight. The role operates in a solutions-focused environment and is responsible for some of the key areas below: - Identify areas of development in the client experience space, ensuring observed areas have been communicated to Leadership - Communicate with the Clinical team for specific details relating to client concerns as required, in a timely manner - Maintain weekly client check in process ensuring consistent 5 Star Reviews through Google My Business - Primary Vet Relationships: Maintain regular contact with Primary Vet practices (incl: check-in phone calls, arranging visits, follow up on patient/client experience) - Visit “non-active" referring Vet practices for “meet and greet” and share what services PVE can provide them, working to establish a more consistent relationship - In conjunction with the BDM, develop growth strategies based on organisational goals - Event Management: Organise and manage social/networking events for top referring Vet practices, working with the Business Development Manager to ensure suitable representation of team whilst staying within budget - University Liaison: Maintaining contact with University colleagues to build rapport and review potential opportunities to grow the PVE brand within Murdoch University and other Universities as required - Student Placements: Respond to Student queries regarding veterinary placements, including facilitating bookings, providing students and PVE team with relevant details, coordinating WHS inductions, maintaining booking placement planner & calendar **About you**: The ideal applicant will be motivated and share a vision for a collaborative working environment. We are looking for extraordinary people to join the team who are interested in learning and growing in their roles and believe in providing clients and their fur babies with the best solutions, delivered with love and empathy. - Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or 3 years’ experience in an Office Administration role - Previous experience in a similar customer-facing administrative or sales role and a proven track record of delivering high standards of customer care. - Experience of complaint handling. - Experience of working effectively, sometimes at senior level, with a wide range of organisations and individuals to build strong customer relations, promoting ideas, and converting these into strong ongoing partnerships or working opportunities - A good understanding of the value and positive impacts of veterinary professionals - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills - Able to demonstrate strong prioritisation and organisation skills, an ability to manage changing priorities and workload management with proven experience of meeting deadlines - Very good interpersonal, customer care and communication skills - Empathy with the needs of clients and their patients **Paws and Perks** - Pet well-being discounts (including d
