**About the role**

As a Measurement and Evaluation Manager, you’ll design, plan, lead and deliver fit-for-purpose measurement and evaluation for policy and delivery programs.

You will actively contribute to embedding a culture of evaluation and learning from experience.

You may lead one or more work teams and manage performance and resources in a dynamic environment.

**Your duties**
- Deliver fit-for-purpose measurement and evaluation for policy and delivery programs
- Build capability and form strong working relationships
- Effectively manage performance

**Skills and experience**
- Expertise in contemporary evaluation and performance measurement concepts and techniques
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Extensive leadership experience
- Specialised expertise in program evaluation, behavioural economics, statistical or econometric techniques
