**About the Opportunity**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced **Field Service Technician / Mechanic** to work in a Resident role based in the **West Gippsland and Latrobe Valley region**. This is a newly created position due to increased demand and an ever-expanding customer base in the region.

A position in which you can work autonomously and make it your own but with the full support of our Melbourne branch and our wider company branch network.

**About the Role**
- Provide quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of Construction and Mining equipment products.
- Conduct all repairs and maintenance jobs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Completion and submission of all relevant paperwork
- Manage consignment stock allocated to the region for parts and service support.
- Ensure compliance with company's Environmental Policy, quality standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Build and maintain excellent rapport with our customer base in the region.

**About You**
- Certificates of Trade - diesel mechanic, heavy vehicle, plant mechanic
- Proven mechanical work experience
- Understanding and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
