About the role

Lifecare Croydon Sports Medicine Centre are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Medical Audio Typist to provide excellence in customer and administrative service to 2 Specialist Sports Medicine Physicians as well as Specialist Allied Health professionals. This is a part time permanent or casual role working 10 plus hours per week across two or three days. This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

Previous Medical Audio typing experience is a must

Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Excellent written and verbal communication

Exceptional customer service skills

Flexibility to effectively complete a range of additional administrative tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and experience with Excel would be an advantage

Prior Experience with Zedmed an advantage

Completed both Covid-19 Vaccinations

Onsite training will be provided using our practice management software Zedmed.
