**About the role**

***The Learning module from the Cornerstone OnDemand suite was implemented ~ 2 ½ years ago, and whilst we have the fundamentals in place, we are now looking for someone to help us take the system to the next level by increasing organisational capability, content and user support.
- Assisting the L&D team with the ongoing transformation of our Learning Management System (LMS) - Cornerstone OnDemand
- The review, development, operation and maintenance of our LMS platform to ensure it supports our company goals and objectives.
- Providing expert advice and consultation to identify opportunities for process/quality improvements
- Configuring the system for new or enhanced functionality and continuous improvement
- Internal/external stakeholder and supplier management
- LMS Administration including reporting, end user support, course maintenance, user data accuracy, troubleshooting system errors and implementing solutions

**About you**

We are looking for someone who has worked with the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning module before and has a proven track record in System enhancement, optimisation and management.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge, experience and skills in the area of Learning Management Systems
- Proven experience working in the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System.
- Sound knowledge and skills related to Learning Management Systems and reporting tools (e.g. Excel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
