We are currently looking for an experienced Optical Manager to join our Golden Grove Optical team.

Optical Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:

- Inspire and lead the optical team to deliver outstanding service to our customers to ensure they get the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
- Provide support and training to their team in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Manager rosters and timekeeping for all optical team members
- Ensure our optical stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers

People who excel as Optical Managers consistently demonstrate:

- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of optical needs
- A methodical approach, and attention to detail
- A flair for fashion, and helping customers choose a frame that suits them
- Ideally possess a Certificate IV in Optical dispensing.
- The proven ability to lead an optical team
- Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services Optical by National Pharmacies offers.
