Sandblaster

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all surfaces are free of rust, paint, and other impurities before the powder coating process begins.
- Select appropriate blasting materials and adjust equipment settings according to job specifications.
- Safely handle and operate sandblasting tools, equipment, and protective gear.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all blasting materials are properly stored.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sandblaster, preferably in a powder coating or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with sandblasting equipment and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly.

Mon - Thu 7.00am - 3.30pm

Fri 7.00am - 1.00pm
