Furthermore, our Educational Leaders and teams are supported by an extensive network of partners. These national partners are led by our own Dr Karen Grubb, and together, they co-research and design training opportunities with you in the areas of Nutrition, Therapeutic Arts, Health and Wellbeing, Sustainability, Indigenous Perspectives, Inclusion, and Documentation

About the Role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Knowledge of many different early years theories with no “one size fits all”
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Oversight to ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment

**Qualifications**:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificate

Centrally located on Cash Grove, Pasadena, this centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.

As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.

Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.
