**Your New Role**:
As the Store Manager you manage the daily operations, as well as training and developing your team and building long lasting VIP relationships. You will have a hands on approach to all elements of the store, and enjoy leading by example.
Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory management, effective store loss prevention, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborating with customers to make recommendations on pieces within the collection as well as provide great customer service.
- Review store performance such as sales targets and KPI's to identify areas of development/ and or opportunities.
- Support the training and development of your team to ensure they feel empowered in their roles.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Management experience working within the premium or contemporary luxury fashion space, with full time availability.
- A supportive management style, with experience leading a team and training and developing staff.
- Passion for creating a luxurious customer experience and working with VIP clients.
- Strong eye for detail to support visual merchandising and presentation within the store.
