Garden Labourer

Permanent full-time position
- 38 hours per week
- Wolli Creek/Concord
- Hourly rate + superannuation

**About the Role**:
As a Garden Laborer, you will have the chance to work with a talented team on a variety of sites. You will be responsible for assisting in gardening maintenance and landscaping projects, ensuring that our clients' expectations are exceeded. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction from your Team Leader are essential for success in this role.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience (desirable).
- Possession of HS&E white card and working with children check (or willingness to obtain them).
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Drive and ambition to exceed client expectations in a quality environment.
- Motivation to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license (desirable).
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
