Competitive salary of $130,000 per annum plus superannuation
Salary packaging of up to $18,900 net to increase your take-home pay

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an **experienced leader** who’s ready to take the reins of our **Yallambee Residential Aged Care Facility** in **Millmerran, QLD.**

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager (or equivalent leadership role).
- 3+ years in aged care or healthcare.
- Knowledge of aged care funding and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership skills — you can inspire, retain, and grow teams.
- Current AHPRA RN registration.
- Analytical skills and budget management experience.
- A driver’s licence and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
