The Company

The Role

This position is a pivotal first point of contact for Residential customers and prospective customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver timely customer services in person, over the phone, or across multi-communication channels in line with established customer service standards
- Respond to customer enquiries, needs, concerns, and make suggestions promptly to improve and maintain quality of service in line with performance measures
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Manage Customer accounts
- Ensure Customer requests are processed within the required timeframes
- Ensure Customer accounts and records are maintained and accurate by close of business each day
- Ensure high customer service standards are maintained as demonstrated through customer feedback and in achieving company goals

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working for a residential Energy retailer is beneficial
- High level of interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Expertise in verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite
