**About the Role**

As a Part-Time In-Home Cleaner at Challenger, you’ll play a key role in supporting elderly residents by providing high-quality cleaning services that help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is committed to maintaining high safety standards and delivering consistent, outstanding service. You’ll be supported with full training and work as part of a team that values respect, compassion, and quality.

**Responsibilities/Requirements, Skills, and Experience**:

- A current National Police Check (required)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (required)
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- **Hours**: Monday-Friday (Day Shifts)
- No professional cleaning experience required - we provide full training
- Delivering friendly, respectful, and professional cleaning services in private homes
- Performing a variety of household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, ironing, dishwashing, and taking out rubbish etc.
- Respecting each client’s individual needs, routines, and preferences
- Following safety procedures and hazard policies to maintain a safe work environment
