**Full Job Description**

Are you an experienced and passionate gardener wanting to pursue a career helping the vulnerable in the community? We are **seeking to hire a gardener **to join our tight-knit team.

This position will require you to travel between our clients' homes around the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Jobs are mostly situated around the Inner-West and Western Sydney region with access to travel allowance. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable insured vehicle is essential.

As a registered charity organisation, Your Aged Care at Home aims to provide the highest quality in-home aged care and disability support services to our clients and their carers. Our elderly and disability clients are looking for a gardener to maintain their lawns, gardens and yard.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Reliability and compassion for the elderly and disabled
- Experience in gardening, lawn maintenance, garden care
- Knowledge and experience with flower, vegetable and fruit cultivation
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated safe work practices and manual handling skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
