Seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Wellbeing Team Leader to join our supportive and dynamic team in Traralgon Aged Care, Traralgon.

**The Role**

We are excited to welcome a passionate and innovative Wellbeing Team Leader (Leisure & Lifestyle) to join our friendly and dynamic team at our Traralgon Aged Care. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to inspire and empower our residents through meaningful, engaging activities that enrich their daily lives.

If you are organized, energetic, and self-motivated and love planning and facilitating wellbeing and lifestyle programs with a real purpose, then this role is for you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and support the delivery of diverse lifestyle and wellbeing programs that encourage social connection and meaningful engagement
- Actively encourage residents to participate in recreational, social, emotional, spiritual, and cultural activities
- Provide individualized one-on-one support tailored to resident interests and needs
- Assist with assessments, care plan reviews, and ongoing wellbeing program improvements
- Collaborate closely with clinical and care teams to ensure holistic resident wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
- Explore and introduce new and innovative programs and outings, from local community events to exciting experiences like a lunch out, social games, or even a musical show

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- A caring, honest, and empathetic person who lives our MACG family values
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and enthusiasm to make a real difference in residents’ lives
