**The Company**

Work for a premium Australian womenswear designer that focuses on offering a timeless appeal through classic styling, unique fabrics and innovative cuts. Our client is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead their new boutique on Collins Place in the Melbourne CBD.

**The Role**
- Motivate and lead an established team of 4 in a new boutique by creating a supportive and inspirational work environment
- Build and nurture long lasting client relationships through warm service and providing individualised stylistic guidance
- Drive sales and monitor KPIs as set by the company
- Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and rostering, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency

**About You**
- Experienced Store Manager with experience in the fashion industry and outstanding leadership skills
- Articulate communication and strong proven customer relationship management skills
- A good eye with exceptional styling and visual merchandising skills

**The Benefits**
- $58k + Super + monthly bonuses

- Tuesday - Saturday roster
