**The Opportunity: Assistant Director / Educational Leader**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Location**: Lowood
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an assistant director /educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**Lowood Early Education Centre** is situated just a two minute drive from Lowood State School. The centre has been rated as EXCEEDING by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority and cares for up to 129 children per day.
