As a leader in your field, your expertise will guide us through key projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Take charge of environmental projects, whether independently or alongside project managers, shaping pivotal documents like Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
- Design, coordinate, and lead targeted flora and fauna surveys to support critical decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior professionals with advanced training in ecological survey techniques, both in the office and the field.
- Conduct detailed assessments of vegetation and habitat quality to inform project planning and successful execution.
- Write and review comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop strategic recommendations that minimize and mitigate environmental impacts.
- Stay at the forefront of ecological legislation, integrating compliance into every project.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including local and state regulatory bodies, ensuring productive collaboration.

**Project Management Excellence**:

- Contribute to the creation of winning bids, scope out projects, and manage resources to deliver on-time and within budget.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by developing proposals, budgets, and strategic project plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving project success and potentially leading smaller projects or packages within larger frameworks.

**About You**:
You’re an experienced, passionate Ecologist ready to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary consulting environment. Your ability to forge meaningful professional relationships and collaborate across teams sets you apart, as does your dedication to creating a positive environmental impact.

**What You Bring**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecology and environmental management, with 6-10 years of experience in the field.
- Strong technical expertise in ecology or environmental science.
- A valid Driver’s License and eligibility for membership in a recognized professional association.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work autonomously when needed.
