**Disability Support Worker - Nerang, Gold Coast**

Litaractive Care is seeking a compassionate and patient Disability Support Worker to assist a 67-year-old woman in Nerang. She experiences high anxiety and has difficulty completing everyday tasks, requiring someone who can provide practical assistance while offering reassurance and stability.

**About the Role**:

- Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light household duties, and personal care if required.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Be open to feedback and adaptable to her preferences and routines.
- Foster a calm and reassuring environment to help manage anxiety.

**About You**:

- Experience in disability or aged care support is preferred.
- Patient, understanding, and able to follow specific client preferences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in conversations.
- Reliable, compassionate, and open to feedback.
- Must have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver's license.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.53 - $4,700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 37 per week

Supplementary Pay:
