Your Impact:
As Sales Manager, you're instrumental in driving membership growth and creating an exceptional experience for potential and existing members, while also benefiting from uncapped earning potential.

By leading and motivating your sales team, you’ll generate excitement about TotalFusion’s diverse offerings and help individuals achieve their fitness goals through tailored membership solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by Example: Set the standard for exceptional service, ensuring every member interaction is welcoming, professional, and positive.
- Membership Growth: Drive sales by understanding prospective members’ fitness and wellness needs, offering tailored membership options to suit their goals.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and coach your sales team to consistently exceed membership targets.

- Optimise Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies that maximise lead generation, conversion, and member retention.
