**Pay**: $40/hour + super + casual loading + overtime (weekends public holidays)

We are seeking a **calm, emotionally intelligent nanny** to care for two gorgeous children (Aged 3 and 1.5). The children are energetic, outdoorsy, and used to a stimulating routine of zoo trips, parks, and playtime on the family s large 6-acre property in Mickleham, VIC.

**Days and Hours**:
**Flexibility is key** schedules can vary slightly week-to-week though always a set minimum hours will be required.
**Core days**:
**Monday Wednesday + alternating Friday (full days)**
When Dad is working away support will be required on Tuesday and Thursday to help with morning and evening routines + day care drop off and pick up (split shifts required, however some full days. Please note these shifts will become regular once Mum returns to work in October).
Additional hours required on Friday nights and weekends as parents schedule dictates.

**Ideal Nanny**:
The family are looking for a
- Brings a soothing, grounded presence to the home
- Is **proactive and organised** with a read-the-room attitude
- Loves being **active and outdoors** with children
- Is **flexible with hours**, and ideally **open to occasional travel** with the family (Port Douglas, Bendigo, Adelaide)

**Typical Day and Duties Include**:

- Child-focused care and play
- Morning routine support (breakfast, getting dressed and grooming)
- Drop-offs/pickups for gym/swim sessions daycare
- Daily outings (playground, zoo, aquarium caf s, shopping expenses covered)
- Daytime nap routines, indoor and outdoor learning activities and play
- Evening routine support (dinner, bath, quiet time and bedtime)
- Ad hoc errands and household chores (groceries, laundry, meal prep and cooking for the children and occasional simple family meals)
- Walks and playtime with Ruby, the friendly German Shepherd
- ** General tidying but not cleaning as the the family have a house cleaner**

**Expectations**:

- 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualifications preferred (not essential)
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current Working With Children s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speaks English
- Non smoking
- Comfortable with large dogs
- Full drivers license and clean driving record (Car provided for trips with kids)
