Backed by an all-star team of award-winning Chef’s and industry leaders, the group is on the hunt for the best talent to take the well-established restaurant to the next level.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender professional who is excited to be part of our growing and one-of-a-kind vision and can comfortably guide our guests through the Omnia experience.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong spirits, cocktail and beverage knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks.
- Basic wine knowledge is preferable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding sequence of service.
- Valid RSA and previous experience in a bistro & bar or restaurant.
