Experience in working with Xero competently and autonomously. (essential)
- Intermediate excel skills.
- Bookkeeping and gst implications knowledge.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Daily job requirements**:

- Reconciliation of bank accounts/credit cards
- Draft payroll and superannuation reports to pass on to Accountant
- Preparation of draft BAS, PAYG and ATO requirements
- Processing of supplier invoices & payments
- Liaise with Director and update
- Follow up accounts
- Allocation of transactions from bank feeds
- Liaise with suppliers, employees & accountant
- Providing reports, analysis of reports and information
- Working as part of a team to successfully achieve outcomes
- Occasional miscellaneous work required by director

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
