**COMPANY**:
A professional and staff driven outfit, known for their high end apartment builds with variety in projects streaming from Townhouse developments, Multi-level builds and Commercial office builds and various other projects up to $50M.

**ROLE**:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible to help complete the $100M Multi Stage project in Preston

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in a Foreman capacity
- Experience on commercial projects
- Experience in strictures and basement
- Ability to start immediately
- Excellent communication skills
