Dynaweld is a leading welding supplies company located in Prestons. We have an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for work-life balance in this rare part-time opportunity.
**The Role**:
As a Dispatch & Admin Support, your main responsibility will be to co-ordinate the dispatch function and to support the Internal Sales team as required.
Your duties will include:
- Processing delivery orders in ERP to match picking slip;
- Ensure Picking slips are completed and ready for dispatch;
- Selecting Carriers in accordance with set procedures;
- Generating accurate consignment notes;
- Liaising with freight companies;
- Invoicing customer orders and all associated responsibilities with invoicing;
- Managing the dispatch inbox;
- Maintaining Freight supplies of Labels and Con Notes;
- Supporting the Internal Sales Team in busy periods.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Previous warehouse, wholesale or logistics experience;
- Intermediate Computer skills in particular Excel, Word and ERP systems;
- Excellent eye for detail and time management skills as you'll be working to deadlines;
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills;
- Customer service experience;
- A great work ethic, willingness to learn and follow instructions
