We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to assist our painting team in various tasks associated with painting projects in Gold Coast QLD. Full time position available.

**The Role**
- Assist to clean, sand, and scrape surfaces to prepare them for painting.
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect during painting.
- Carry and set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.
- Clean brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other tools after use.
- Maintain and organize tools and materials to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Dispose of debris and hazardous materials according to safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working at heights.

**Key skills and Requirements**
- Living in Australia (position is in Gold Coast QLD)
- Experience is preferable but not absolutely necessary
- Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled painters.
- Basic understanding of painting techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Fit and healthy
- Good communication skills
