Luxury Day SPA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Luxury Day Spa Supervisor. This position requires a versatile professional who can effectively manage spa operations, provide exceptional customer service, and perform beauty therapy treatments.

**Responsibilities**:
**Spa Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury day spa, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the spa management team to develop and implement efficient policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa supplies, products, and equipment, ensuring availability as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of spa materials and supplies.

**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout their spa experience.
- Manage spa reservations, scheduling, and appointment confirmations, using the spa management software.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including the display of retail products.

**Beauty Therapy Treatments**:

- Perform a range of beauty therapy treatments, including facials, body contouring treatments such as body sculpt and fat cavitation, spa packages.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, recommending suitable treatments and products based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in treatment rooms, following proper sanitation procedures and protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge, incorporating them into treatments and services.

**Team Leadership and Training**:

- Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional standards.
- Report to spa manager and provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for staff development and improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and staff morale.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall financial success of the spa.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and treatment utilization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies accordingly.
- Requirements & Skills_:

- Proven experience working in a luxury day spa or similar high-end environment.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in beauty therapy treatments, including facials, massages and body treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage spa operations effectively.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Proficiency in using spa management software and basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
