We are seeking an **Accounts Officer** to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD on a 6-month, part-time contract, working approximately 20 hours per week. You will be an “A” player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

As a motivated and driven self-starter, you will have the ability to work with mínimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in professional, a fast-paced, and demanding environment.

**Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include**:

- Raising daily invoices to clients for various stages of the building process
- Coordinate and generate invoices for final payments to enable timely handover of homes
- Raise monthly invoices for commercial properties
- Maintain integrity of the accounts receivable ledger
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Work with credit controllers to minimise overdue invoices
- General administration duties
- Highly developed verbal communication skills
- A high level of numeracy and attention for detail
- Problem-solving and negotiation skill
- Outcome focused and target driven
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Proficient experience with Microsoft suite products
- The person we are seeking is someone who will be able to hit the ground running. You will be accustomed to having set procedures in place and experience working to KPI's and meeting targets.
