**The Position**
An excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Paediatrician to fill a part-time sessional appointment as a Consultant in General Paediatrics. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering specialized medical services to patients.

**The Location**
Located only 30 minutes South East of Perth CBD this is a growing regional centre at the heart of a bustling urban community that offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of modern day living. Boasting a modern city centre nestled amongst scenic parks, undulating hills and picturesque valleys, the City takes pride in its cultural heritage and unique community feel. The local area around the hospital is experiencing rapid growth.

**The Facility**
This is 270 bed public hospital, Aged Care & Rehabilitation Service, Community Health Service and Mental Health Service all located on one site. The hospital has enjoyed some recent redevelopment including the new Emergency Department which doubled the size of the previous department to 47 patient spaces and also the construction of a new Mental Health residential facility.

**The Requirements**
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians - Paediatric Medicine or an equivalent specialist qualification suitable for supervising trainees of that College.
- Demonstrated skills in the investigation and care of paediatric patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- High-level skills in problem-solving and decision-making at both the clinical and individual levels.
- Compliance with appropriate immunisation requirements.
