As we embark on our next chapter, we are searching for a passionate Cafe Manager to steer our beloved Copo forward. Key Responsibilities: - Mastery in diverse roles ranging from table service to crafting barista-standard coffees, and efficient stock management. - Overseeing ordering and inventory control. - Training and mentoring new team members, and managing weekly rosters. - Collaborating closely with the Cafe Owner to align with the cafe's vision and growth. - Ensuring effective opening, closing, and cleaning procedures are maintained. Qualifications & Experience: - Proven managerial expertise in a comparable environment. - An intrinsic passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail. - Strong leadership capabilities, emphasizing coaching and team motivation. - Proficiency in the day-to-day operations of a bustling cafe. - Outstanding communication skills, presented in a professional manner. - Expertise in barista techniques. - A charismatic personality, coupled with impeccable personal presentation. - Exceptional skills in time management and prioritizing tasks.
