**Permanent Medical Receptionist** to work for an innovative team in the Medical sector that has a strong brand recognition and great reputation for organisational culture.

You will be working in a team environment and is responsible for providing high quality friendly, caring, efficient and competent service for patients, clients and others accessing the client premises.

**About the role**:

- Provide a professional reception service to clients
- Customer Service focus to a diverse range of clients
- Managing basic functions or Microsoft Office, telehealth and database programs
- Receipting and reconciling all monies received accurately
- Confidentiality
- Strong communication and influencing skills

**About the you**:

- Day hospital experience is highly advantageous
- Medical billing experience is required
- Education, training add/or relevant experience equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare reception
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a positive team environment
