**About the Role**

Applications are invited for the position of Specialist in Neurology - Headache (Fractional) at Alfred Health to work 3.5 hours per week in the Headache Botox clinic.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Appointees must be legally qualified medical practitioners, registered or registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without conditions, undertakings or reprimands that could impact on their clinical practice
- Fellow of the relevant college
- Demonstrable relevant knowledge and experience in Neurology
- Meeting Alfred Health requirements for credentialing and core scope of practice in Neurology with special scope of practice in Botox
- Experience in the specialist management of primary headache disorders (essential)
- Experience with administration of onabutulinum toxinA in migraine management (desirable)
- Experience in the administration of other cranial nerve blocks relevant to headache (desirable)
- Outstanding communication skills, including well-developed conflict resolution skills
- Ability to liaise well with other staff at all levels
- Demonstrated flexibility in problem solving and the capability to develop and sustain highly collaborative relationships with others/ other teams
