My client is a Global Aviation Company operating at the luxury end of the market. The Asia Pacific head office is based at Sydney Airport which supports an autonomous region including New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia offices. The organisation is on a growth trajectory and sees the appointment of a HR Manager as a key position in their future expansion.

This newly created role is stand-alone, and typically with these roles, will be both operational and strategic. The company has done well to reach it's current size and level of sophistication without local HR. There is no desire to interfere with the people leader / employee relationships which on the whole are strong and open but there is opportunity to upskill the managers to become better people leaders.

- Annual Performance Review
- Establishing new HRIS (Bamboo)
- ER - conduct / complaints - low volume
- Award Interpretation
- Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Talent Acquisition
