**About Us**: Kick JNR is a youth sports organisation dedicated to fostering physical activity, teamwork, and skill development in children aged 16 months-7yrs through our engaging soccer programs. We believe in creating a positive and supportive environment where kids can learn and grow while having FUN.

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Kick JNR Coach. As a Kick JNR Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality soccer coaching sessions to children aged 16 months -7yrs, helping them develop fundamental soccer skills in a fun and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels welcome and valued.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic games.
- Provide encouragement to help children improve their skills and confidence.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining equipment for coaching sessions.
- Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by Kick JNR.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and patient.
- Ability to engage and motivate children of varying ages and skill levels.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
