We are looking for passionate and energetic Educators to join our team at St Theresa's OSHClub. Offering 27.50 Hours Per Week, you will work across Before and After School Care shifts.
Before School Care ( Rise then Shine Program ) - Monday to Friday; 07:00 AM - 09:00 AM After School Care ( Stay and Play Program ) - Monday to Friday; 02:45 PM - 06:15 PM You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
