Chiropractic Assistant

Are you our next amazing Chiropractic assistant/Receptionist?

Todd Clinics is a wellness focused Chiropractic and Remedial massage clinic located in Gippsland Victoria.

We are searching for a casual receptionist to work in our Wonthaggi practice.

Successful applicant must be:

- Interested in their own health and wellness
- VERY Friendly, outgoing and happy to chat to anyone
- Professional
- Have an ability to multi task and work at a fast pace
- Take initiative and stay calm in all situations
- Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm.
- Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary.
- Flexible to pick up shifts

The role includes:

- Greeting patients and creating conversation
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this).

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.60 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
