**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome members and create a space where they feel supported and part of a thriving community.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring it’s clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
- Build meaningful connections with members while driving bookings and memberships.
- Lead and support a team of staff, providing guidance and fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
- Collaborate on events, promotions, and partnerships to further enhance the Alchemy Saunas experience.
- Ensure the venue complies with all safety and health regulations.
