- **Rate**: $32.31 per hour

**About the Role**

This is a physically demanding warehouse picker position involving significant manual handling and heavy lifting.

You'll be working in a fast-paced distribution environment using RF scanning technology to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanning systems
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all picking activities
- Work efficiently to meet daily KPI targets
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain organized work areas and equipment

**Essential Requirements**
- **Experience**: Previous warehouse and RF scanning experience (essential)
- **Physical Fitness**: Excellent physical condition with ability to perform heavy lifting consistently
- **Reliability**: Outstanding attendance record and punctuality
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in order picking and scanning
- **Work Ethic**: Strong commitment to productivity and quality standards
