SEE Group have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team working on a significant civil/mining project based in Orange, NSW. This is a full-time FIFO position on an 8/6 roster travelling from Brisbane to Orange.
- This role will see you play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to help us achieve our business goals.**Responsibilities will include**:

- End to end recruitment
- Employee onboarding
- Providing specialised recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers
- Providing support for the day-to-day operations of People and Culture duties supported by the People and Culture Team
- Assist with the development and implementation of People and Culture projects.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Experience in high volume recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong computer literacy including MS Word and MS Excel
- Proven experience dealing with internal stakeholders
