We are looking for a Program Coordinator who can work autonomously and provide day-to-day coordination for the business, along with general administration and accounts.

Our client is a consulting business based on the Gold Coast, working with clients locally and internationally for both large and small companies. They are dedicated to assisting organisations to successfully improve their safety culture, leadership and employee wellbeing.

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective administration and coordination for the business. Your role is crucial in ensuring the business is supported efficiently and effectively. While this is an autonomous role, high-level of support will be provided to ensure that the team thrives together collaboratively.

**Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to the following**:

- Preparation of Proposal documentation.
- Confirming program dates and managing client bookings.
- Manage the program facilitators’ calendars (know how each facilitator likes to work and travel).
- Assisting clients to setup training workshops.
- Handling attendance and feedback sheets and creating participant certificates.
- Managing travel arrangements including insurance, vehicles, fares etc.
- Managing the Administration function.
- General Accounts (using MYOB) including paying invoices and wages, preparing invoices, liaising with accountants etc.
- Client focussed with good administration skills and an eye for detail.
- Systems and process driven.
- Excellent time management skills, organised and well-planned.
- Able to engage with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Good IT skills - some graphic design skills would be desirable as well as basic website admin management.
- Experience using MYOB will be an advantage.
