**About the Home** The charming Bupa Rangeville is a modern care home nestled in the quiet suburb of Rangeville, Toowoomba with peaceful views over Garnett Lehmann Park. We offer a dedicated team for each of our four communities, including two communities for people living with dementia. It consists of 108 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. **About the Role** As a Carer, you will make a positive impact to the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach. You will deliver the highest quality person-first care in line with individual care plans. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and caring team. In addition, you will have opportunities to develop and learn on an ongoing basis including the chance to transfer across care homes. We all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care.
