We are seeking experienced **disability** **support workers** to join our amazing Sutherland Shire based disability support team due to growth Be rewarded with above award rates and a wonderful team culture.

We have the opportunity to work overnight shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday's and Friday's between 6pm to 6am. Shifts can be divided between two to three staff members.
Most nightshifts are sleep over shifts, and not active overnights unless client wakes several times and needs assistance.

Offering flexible, casual hours working for a passionate and supportive NDIS Registered provider.

Experienced support workers with an understanding and exposure to working with clients with dementia are highly regarded.

We support people who have various disabilities to achieve their goals, improve their wellbeing, promote independence and inspire happiness. Such a rewarding opportunity for someone who is motivated to make a difference to other's lives.

**Disability Support Workers **are required to perform duties such as provide domestic assistance, personal care, medication administration, assist with community access and social activities and assist participants to meet their goals.

**Must have or be willing to obtain the following**:

- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License and reliable car
- Experience as a disability support worker, aged care or personal experience is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm and nurturing nature with a passion for caring is a must
- Must have right to work in Australia.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $39.00 per hour
