Our client, a leading industry-owned not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to fostering the skills development of the agriculture and resources industries. We are currently seeking a **Project Administrative Officer to be based **in inner suburbs of Melbourne.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Administrative Officer will have the overall responsibility to support Project Managers in secretariat duties such as coordinating project activities and events, managing schedules, recording decisions, create and update workflows and prepare documentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential administrative support to Project Managers and Operations Manager.
- Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and reports.
- Assist with front desk reception, including managing calls, messages, and directing inquiries.
- Data entry and maintaining workflows.
- Assisting in meeting arrangements, including travel and accommodation.
- Diary management for the project team.
- Preparing and sharing documentation with internal teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A qualification in Business Administration would be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator/ Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, content management, CRMs, project management tools, and databases would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Collaborative nature and the ability to work in diverse teams.
- Initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability to new technologies.
