**The Role**
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the forecasting & supply outcomes for all imported products to support the demand across their B2B clients & Retail channels.
**Your Background & Experience**
It is anticipated that you will have good Demand Planning, Supply & Forecasting management experience. Experience in a Retail or B2B environment would be ideal. You will have a good understanding of international & local supply chain.
**Management & Leadership Style**
Personally you must have good leadership and people management skills, have patience, be adaptable and enjoy working with and mentoring an enthusiastic, young skilled team. The environment is dynamic and you must be flexible and able to cope with rapidly changing priorities.
**Technology**
The main software you would be utilising includes Pronto, Avercast, Phocas and Excel. It is expected that you will be an "Advanced" Excel user.
**Your Citizenship and Visa Status**
You must be an Australian Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen.
