**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform lash lift and tint treatments with precision and care
- Provide professional brow services including shaping, tinting, and sculpting
- Conduct thorough consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming work area
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business
- Stay current with lash and brow trends, products, and techniques
- Maintain stock levels and assist with product recommendations if needed
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in lash lift & tint and brow artistry
- Relevant beauty qualification or certification (Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy preferred)
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellent results
- Warm, friendly and professional demeanour
- Punctual, reliable and well-presented
- Knowledge of aftercare and client education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
