RESPONSIBILITIES
**HR**:
- Provide advice as a HR partner and contact to business managers to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive HR excellence for overall on-site HR management.
- Partner with HRSS, TA, L&D, C&B team to develop and update local company policies and procedures, to drive HR process improvement, simplification, and a culture of performance, inclusiveness and engagement.
- Work together with local site Finance team to prepare and manage annual employment C&B budget.
- Support managers on annual merit process and provide professional advice to promote total rewards and recognition programs.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and facilitate the performance management process including goal setting, mid-year appraisal and feedback discussion, and year-end review and appraisal.
- Support managers on organizational optimization to maximize efficiency.
- Perform annual talent review and assist managers with succession plan mapping.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on professional development plan.
- Ensure all level talent people to have appropriate Training Programs with supporting from L&D team.
- Follow global timeline to manage bi-annual employee engagement survey, and support managers to develop action plan based on result report to improve Employee Engagement Favorability Index.
- Manage end to end recruitment process and partner with HRSS team to prepare onboarding documents.
- Facilitate company induction and new employees onboarding orientation process.
- Manage termination and offboarding process together with HRSS team.
- Facilitate disciplinary and grievance processes, and provide advice and coaching to managers on the disciplinary process.
- Assist in other HR programs deployment & internal communications and provide timely feedback to employee’s concern in HR issues.
**Safety**:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Develop SOP’s, JSA’s and other safety documents as required
- Manage dangerous goods regulatory compliance
- Undertake risk assessments
- Investigate safety incidents and implement effective controls
- Coordinate WC claims and RTW process
- Manage H&S database
- Lead safety committee and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate annual isocyanate health monitoring program
- Audit PPE and equipment provisions for technical staff
- Manage plant and equipment maintenance program for all sites
- Maintain database of licenses and certifications
- Develop reports and deliver insights for business improvement opportunities
- Assist management team with efficient scheduling of monthly meetings
- Provide ADHOC admin support to the management team as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or above with over 3 years of relevant experience in HR function in MNC
- Be familiar with Australia and New Zealand Labor Law
- Formal qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Occupations Health and Safety.
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Industrial Relations Frameworks.
- Advanced ability to interpret and advise on Industrial Relations Legislation and Modern Awards.
- Advanced knowledge of Australian Safe Work Regulations.
- Experience working in dangerous goods compliance.
