**Our Client**
Our client is a well-established growing mid-tier practice looking for an Financial Analyst to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

**The Role**
The role is more than just preparing financial reports, you will proactively work with their clients to assist them with providing financial reporting & analysis, managing their tax compliance obligations, cash flow management and implementing financial controls.

**Duties**
Reporting into the director, your duties will include but not limited to;
- Oversee and manage clients’ financial reporting functions
- Prepare or review monthly management reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities for future developments and changes
- Develop and implement financial governance policies and procedures
- Review period end (month, quarter, half year and annual) accounting journals
- Manage client’s annual compliance obligations
- Annual reporting and audit process
- ASX, ASIC, ORIC or ACNC obligations
- Review work performed by team members, provide guidance and training where required
- Ensure client timetables for deliverables are managed and met

**About You**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completing
- Audit work experience (required)
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Australian Accounting Standards
