**About the Role, you will be required to**:

- The role will be general admin, assisting with the day to day activities of the warehouse including; stocktake, packing parts etc (heavy lifting may be required)
- Answer incoming phone calls, and promptly forward to relevant team members.
- Prepare and Process Service quotes (with support from Technical Services Manager & BDM), Service Orders and Service tickets.
- Request, obtain and process Purchase Orders and change orders.
- Scan and file documents
- Prepare supporting documentation and submit orders for invoicing.
- Maintain spreadsheets as required.
- The role will be assisting with the day-to-day activities of the warehouse including cycle counts, picking and packing orders, booking freight.

**About You**
- ideally you will have some work experience but now seeking a company with career options - entry level ok
- experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Dynamics 365 preferred
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior time management
- Flexibility in approach to work and hours
- Forklift License preferred - willingness to obtain one

**Skills and experience**
- Min 2 years. Office / Customer Service Experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret documents such as safety rules, site plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

**Salary**: $42,529.69 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
